How to write landing page copy that converts

  • The headline says what changes for the customer

“Fewer no-shows” is an outcome. “Next-gen scheduling platform” is a category label. Visitors decide in a few seconds whether the page is for them.

  • The subhead says what it is and who it's for

The headline hooks and the subhead explains. Together they should answer “what is this, and is it for me?”

  • Show how it works in three steps

Concrete steps make a product feel real and simple. If you need seven steps, simplify the product story.

  • Benefits over features, but name the feature

“Fewer empty slots: automatic SMS reminders” gives both the why and the what.

  • Use real proof, or leave the section out

A real customer quote with a name beats five invented logos. Never make up testimonials or numbers.

  • Answer objections before the final CTA

The FAQ exists to remove the last reasons not to sign up, like price, setup, switching and data.

  • Keep one primary CTA

Every section points to the same action. A secondary “see how it works” is fine, but five different buttons isn't.

The snippet

This is the exact prompt the tool above runs. Save it as a snippet in Snippetbar and it works on any text you select.

You are a conversion copywriter. Write landing page copy from the input below. Scope: {hero only | full page}.

Rules:
- Use only facts from the input. Never invent testimonials, stats, logos, prices, or features — use {placeholders} for proof and any missing detail.
- Hero: headline (outcome-led, under 8 words), subhead (what it is + who it's for, 1–2 sentences), primary CTA (2–4 words, verb first).
- Full page adds: Problem (2 sentences), How it works (3 steps), Benefits (3–5, "Benefit: feature" format), Proof (placeholder if none), Pricing (if given), FAQ (3–4 likely objections), Final CTA (one line + button).
- Plain, specific language. No "revolutionary", "next-gen", "seamless", "unlock", "supercharge".
- Then give 3 alternative headlines, each with a different angle.

Return only the copy in markdown, section by section.
